What I've Been Up To This Summer
The last blog post I wrote was a few months back in the midst of exam season. A lot has happened since then!
I started and completed an Undergraduate Research Project at Royal Holloway to provide a Web Service for ExpoSE.js, a tool for JavaScript testing. During which I learnt Rust, Angular 1, and got to tackle some really cool problems. I even submitted a pull request to a Samsung repo!
Here’s a quick overview of the design of the system and what I achieved.
I’ve also released a number of plugins on the Rock Store including a Check-In Extensions plugin that allows churches to store headcounts and manually enter attendance, a plugin that sends email via SendGrid, and a plugin that verifies UK addresses via Ideal Postcodes.
Now I’m sitting in Heathrow Airport waiting for my flight to Phoenix to work with the Spark Development Network for five weeks.
